Your general contractor will be one of the most critical decisions in your journey. Space has a proven process to aid you in your GC selection.
We have a unique collaboration with SA.Studio, a leader in Oklahoma's commercial architecture. While our specialization remains with churches, this partnership allows for us to serve businesses of any kind.
Design Team Management
Space will act as your design/construction administration partner by building a knowledgeable church development team. This team, at a minimum, will include your general contractor, engineers, and AVL consultant.
Architecture
We specialize in integrity-filled, ministry-minded, value-focused facility design and project management. We will work with you from start to finish to guide, recommend, and accomplish your ministry needs.
Interior Design
Our design doesn’t stop with architecture building design. Our interior designers on staff are ready to provide expertise to accomplish all of your interior aesthetics.
Construction Phase Representation
To ensure your ministry is able to confidently move through the construction phase, Space will be there to monitor the schedule, quality, and cost along the way — representing your interests throughout the process. We utilize a project management system to ensure all stakeholders are updated on progress — no matter where the project is located.
Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment Selection (FF&E)
Selecting and purchasing the right furniture, fixtures, and equipment may be an exciting process for some but overwhelming for many. If you choose this service, Space can remove the anxiety of selecting, budgeting, and purchasing your FF&E so that you can concentrate on your community’s health while we focus on their new church home.
