Church Design and Building Process

Though our process will look different for each church, our client’s ministry needs drive that process. From start to finish, we are dedicated to keeping you informed and at ease. There are multiple steps to each project, but here are a few key areas that set us apart:

Determining Your Church Growth Needs

Getting to know your team, ministry, and vision is crucial to providing you with the best ministry and facility growth plan. We aim to align ourselves with your team to develop the best path forward.

Assembling Your Church Builder Team

You may have a contractor to work as part of the team. If so, that’s great! If not, we will work with you to find the right contractor for your project as this step can be overwhelming on your own. We will work with you to build the team needed from inception to final inspection. Your architect and general contractor will be the most important decisions you make.

Process Oversight

We want to reduce your stress during a naturally stressful and complex time. We will be the eyes and ears from start to finish and ensure the highest level of quality and value.

Master Planning and Budgeting

We develop a solution that works for your budget, timeline, and ministry needs. This process will give you a complete master plan that will lead to a comprehensive short, medium, or long-term plan to deliver a complete ministry solution.
